"I started doing the ReCORE program about 2 months after our daughter was born, and I couldn't believe how weak I was! I worked hard on the exercises every day and noticed improvements in my strength within the first few days! I was experiencing some discomfort in my hips and pubic symphysis, but as I got stronger doing the ReCORE program, my strength and stability increased! I was so excited to be able to run and walk without major discomfort! I couldn't believe what a difference the ReCORE program made in decreasing my low back pain and helping keep my hips from shifting and causing me more pain. I have a good knowledge of the human anatomy and muscles of the core, as well as injury identification and prevention as a Certified Athletic Trainer. As a sports medical professional, I've helped athletes restabilize their core muscles and decrease low back pain. Stress Incontinence or Prolapse Issues
"This [ReCORE] program was just what I needed physically and mentally. I started with a 3 finger separation all the way down, and was experiencing discomfort due to pelvic organ prolapse (POP) and stress incontinence. By the end, my separation had gone down to a 2-2-1, my waist measured 4" smaller, and the POP and stress incontinence were no longer an issue. As a result, my confidence and a healthy self-image returned. I would recommend this program to anyone in a heartbeat!"

"After 4 kids and 3 c-sections I felt like I had no abdominal strength at all. Ive always been a strict gym goer and it was frustrating that even crunches did not seem to exercise my abdominals and give me strength. After completing the 6 week ReCORE reconditioning program I am happy to say that I can feel my abdominal muscles! Not only can I feel them but I can see them! I am so much more aware of my core and when I am using it. I find myself engaging my core many times through out the day; when I put my baby in the carseat, when I do push ups or other weight exercises in the gym. "I’m a mom of 5. Three of my children are 14 months apart and I was over 40 for three of them as well. Each of my kids was around 10 pounds at birth, and I carried extra fluid – needless to say, my never-in-great-shape abdominal muscles were worse for wear after the experience. Before having children, I made my living as a singer and with the damage done to my abdominal muscles, I found my breath control and support greatly diminished. It was also discouraging to find simply sitting up in bed an incredibly ungainly experience. I felt like a tuna flopping around on the deck of a ship. I also became concerned about my future ability to maintain continence. Celeste designed an exercise routine [ReCORE] for me and my specific needs. I was apprehensive about even the simplest exercises, but found during the course of the week, my ability grew. How exciting to see what had at first been incredibly difficult become routine. That was the most exciting of all. "The ReCORE program was a fantastic blend of easy to follow exercises tailored to fit my individual needs and problem spots. Since the birth of my third baby, I wanted to tone up my core, but I wasn't really sure how to get started or which exercises were the most effective. The weekly exercise set and corresponding videos were simple and straightfoward and took all of the guesswork out of how to best exercise. The ReCORE program wan't a huge time committment, and I could even multitask during some of the exercises. "Doctors and new moms all need to know that diastasis recti can be healed, closed, and managed without surgery! I saw two well respected doctors regarding my diastasis, and neither suggested exercise as a possibility to close the gap. The first doctor told me she would surgically put in a mesh, and the second, my ob-gyn, gave me referrals for plastic surgeons. I am so glad I found Celeste. After six weeks of wearing the FITsplint and following her ReCORE workout program I lost 2" in my waist and have begun closing the 3 finger gap at my navel. I can now get up and down to play on the floor with my boy without any of the previous pain and discomfort. I am determined to continue the program to close this for good so that I can inform my doctors and get this information out to new moms."
